I’m Gabriela, a yoga teacher with over 9 years of personal practice and 6 years of teaching experience. My journey with yoga has been one of transformation - from finding balance and calm in my own life, to helping others do the same through movement, breath, and mindfulness.
I’m trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Mom & Baby, Trauma-Informed, and Refuge Yoga, and I bring a holistic and adaptable approach to every class I teach. Whether in the studio, online, or at the office, my aim is to make yoga accessible, inclusive, and deeply beneficial for everyone.
Over the past few years, I’ve developed a special passion for Corporate Yoga, teaching in The City of London and with teams who spend much of their day at a desk. My sessions focus on:
Reducing stress and tension from long hours and screen time
Improving posture and focus for greater productivity
Building team connection and wellbeing through shared mindfulness
Restoring energy and balance, even in the middle of a busy workday
